TheEngine+ is IPG’s innovation and entrepreneurship program – think ABC’s Shark Tank, but specifically focused on the media, technology and marketing space. TheEngine+ enables talent from all levels to positively impact the future of the business by giving pioneering individuals a platform to pitch their groundbreaking ideas for new products and solutions to a panel of senior leaders across IPG. The winning team receives investment and mentorship to bring their innovation to life!
