As a Graphic Designer on the Brand Marketing & Strategy team at Kinesso, my role consisted of leading and managing a wide range of internal creative services. My responsibilities included content creation, global brand identity and visual communications strategy across all channels. I collaborated with many teams throughout the organization such as Product, Innovation, and HR on company-wide initiatives, ensuring that we maintained a consistent brand identity. As someone who joined the company just a few days prior to launch, I learned so much from contributing to the formation and growth of Kinesso at many stages. This experience strengthened my ability to apply technical design and creative strategy skills to business transformation efforts.
